Dr. Carson Dial, DMD
Dr. Carson Dial was born and raised here in the Treasure Valley, where he grew up loving all things baseball and Boise State. He loves that he has been able to return to his hometown and raise his family in this great community.
Dr. Dial graduated from Borah High School in 2005. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology at Brigham Young University–Idaho. While there, he met his beautiful wife, Carly.
Shortly after graduating from BYU–Idaho, they moved to South Jordan, Utah where Dr. Dial earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Roseman University of Health Sciences. Since then he has devoted many hours to continuing education to advance his clinical expertise and remain current on the latest dental techniques and procedures.
Dr. Dial has developed a love for his profession but above all else, enjoys getting to know his patients and helping them gain a confident healthy smile.Outside the office he still loves all things baseball and BSU! He and his wife have 4 wonderful kids who keep them on the move. He loves coaching his son’s baseball team and is a proud Dad at every dance recital!

LISA
Front Office Manager
Lisa was born and raised in Eastern Oregon. She began her career in Dentistry right after high school. She graduated as a certified dental assistant and began to work for her family dentist. Her and her family moved here in 2014 and has fallen in love with all that Idaho has to offer.
She has a daughter who is a sous chef at a fine dining restaurant in Oregon, one son who plays Lacrosse for the College of Idaho and one son still in high school. She raises and breeds English and Olde English bulldogs. In her free time you can most likely find her on the sidelines watching and cheering on her boys.
WENDY
Assistant
Wendy grew up in Medford, Oregon. She received her Dental Assisting Expanded Functions Credentials from Rogue Community College. Wendy moved to Star with her husband Fred and their daughter in 2003. They love living in Star and she is very happy to be a part of this small town practice. She loves serving the community she lives in and has been an active community volunteer as a Girl Scout Troop Leader in Eagle/Star for 10 years. In addition to her passion for photography, Wendy enjoys bowling, traveling, kayaking and riding motorcycles with her family.
Shay
Assistant
Shay grew up in Nyssa, Oregon working the ranch and farming. She has lived in Idaho for 4 years now and loves everything the Gem State has to offer. She played basketball Linn-Benton College in Corvalis, Oregon where she started her Dental Assisting program and graduated in 2013. She still loves staying active and playing sports and spends any downtime being outdoors and chasing her busy three year old.
HEIDI
Dental Hygienist
Heidi was born and raised right up the road in Middleton, Idaho. In 2018 Heidi and her husband moved to Star and love it! She obtained her RDH in the spring of 2009 and has worked around the Treasure Valley ever since. She joined the team at Star Dental in early 2020 and loves getting to know her patients and helping them maintain their beautiful, bright smiles! She has three busy little boys she chases on her days off. She just found out she finally is going to get her little girl in the spring of 2020! She loves living and working in the area she grew up in!.
BRITNEY
Dental Hygienist
Britney is a native of Idaho, born in Boise. She is the oldest of 3 siblings. Britney has been married to her husband, Seth, for 16 years and together they have two beautiful children. Britney is a graduate of BYU-Idaho and attended Apollo College where she received her Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2008. With 12 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist, Britney prides herself on providing quality, comfortable and thorough hygiene care for each patient. Britney loves what she does and enjoys building relationships with patients.
Britney loves spending time with her family. Britney also enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, and riding UTVs. Britney and Seth also enjoy the farm life with over 30 animals; dogs, cats, chickens, turkeys, cows, and a horse.
